Use this form if you are the Registrant (Owner) of a domain that is managed under another party’s Internic account, where you no longer have a way to contact the account holder in order to manage your domain.

If you purchased Ownership Protection more than 5 days ago, you’ll need to submit this form and include a piece of government issued personal or business ID.
